Anne Hilty defines her integrative approach in three ways: (1) a blend of psychological treatment methods based on each person’s uniqueness; (2) a consideration of both Eastern and Western models of cognition and behavior; and, (3) a recognition of the mind-body connection. Further, the whole person — including physical, mental, emotional, spiritual, and social aspects — is taken into consideration, an wholistic approach which applies equally to organizations. Anne’s all-encompassing view of well-being can provide tools and guidance for achieving ultimate potential.
